Every Day Counts (EDC) is a Federal Highway Administration program that works in partnership with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and other transportation stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation. It focuses on accelerating project delivery and deploying proven innovations that facilitate greater efficiency at the State and local levels.
