Working with People/Successful Supervision
This class introduces basic concepts of supervision and leadership to improve relationships with workers, while getting the job done. Topics include fundamentals of leadership, communicating with others, team building, motivating people, working with difficult people, problem solving, and decision making.
Upon completion of this class, attendees should be able to:

Understand characteristics of successful leaders
Recognize different styles of supervision
Change unproductive behaviors
